                                      HOW TO MAKE EVERY DAY A GREAT ONE

    Meditation has a tremendous impact on all aspects of life once you have gotten the techniques down. There are countless books written on meditation. However, I continuously see that my clients have an easier way learning to meditate by following the easy outline below. Please do modify these as you see fit yourself, since we all are comfortable with different ways. A problem that many face though is the difficulty to get started in a way that encourages them to continue. Constantly, I encounter people who have tried to meditate on several occasions, but stopped since they cannot "get it to work." What doesn't work is the ability to quiet the mind. Often the amount of thoughts swirling around in the head actually increases the moment people start to meditate. I consider this to be the largest obstacle for making meditation a daily habit.     HYPNOTHERAPY AS A WELLNESS TOOL

    The word hypnosis may invoke fear or make some people hesitant, due to lack of knowledge in the subject . However, today hypnosis is so well understood, that it is even used in hospitals as a pain management tool, or to keep a patient's bleeding minimal during surgery. It's one of the most effective tools used for helping people to stop smoking. You get the idea. It is a very effective tool to help us improve our physical & mental health. I have tried self-hypnosis several times during recent years, unfortunately unsuccessfully, I saw no improvements. Reason for this being that the material and methods I used just wasn't good enough for a person inexperienced in the area of hypnosis.The self-hypnosis books did nothing. The hypnosis audios I listened to just wasn't powerful enough, were not in stereo, and didn't advise you to use headphones or earbuds when listening. In a nutshell - I was disappointed to find out that hypnosis, that I had heard so much about, did not work. Or so I thought.

    I recently found a few hypnotherapists whose audios were extremely effective. One audio helping to defeat procrastination (the "Increase Self Motivation" audio) from HypnoShop, got me to start up this website, the very next day after listening to it. Me and my friend had been planning a KillerHealth website for five years, but I have had a serious case of procrastination in this matter until that day. Once you see results as good as these, then you start to look at other areas of your life that might need some serious improvement as well. I started using hypnosis audios as a tool to help me with my insomnia. This together with changing my thought patterns regarding my sleep, have made it possible for me to sleep better than I have in the last twenty years. Anyone with chronic sleeping problems knows how poor sleep can incapacitate your daily functioning. Thus, now my quality of life has improved immensely.

    The Law of Attraction (LoA) has an immensely powerful effect on our lives. Many people may not know what this is; some have heard of it and dismissed it as nonsense; yet others have just found out about it, and see the unlimited potential of it; and the blessed ones know it by heart, and are using it daily, making their dreams a reality.
